Fruit Ninja Classic App Reviews

This games reputation has been plummeting as time goes on, as so has my patience. I have lost ALL my progression (level 50, all my high scores) as soon as I updated the app, having unlocked blades and backgrounds since the free fruit ninja game. Now Im level one, with no High scores, no blades or backgrounds. ITS ALL GONE. All the time and effort Ive put in to this game, has all went down the drain. Such a Disappointment. Not to mention, these horrible decision making on what should be taken out and put into the game (whether it was for money), these updates have been ruining the game. This is my way of releasing the amount of frustration that has been developing due to the incomprehensible decisions that have been made. In addition, this is also a warning, for anyone thats coming in to play this game. The game itself isnt whats the problem, the problem is the path that the game is taking.

I lost all my blades and backgrounds. I had every blade I worked so hard for them then the update came and there went years of work and effort. I do not recommend this app

Could not stop playing it I love the different dojos especially the wave one!!!

Would love to give a higher rating. Visuals are great, is fun to play, has level ups... But freezes WAY too often. Will be the only thing going, and it will freeze. You lose all the points for the game and have to wait for a restart. Should be an easy fix...but they dont fix it.

when playing more then 3 games in one day it starts lagging making it impossible to play

Aside from the simple fact that you are literally confined to how many points you can get in this game... This has only gotten worse. But anyway..... You know how in Arcade mode whenever you slice a double banana and all of a sudden.. WHERE IN THE MOTHER OF F DOES ALL THE FRUIT GO?!!?!?? Oh yeah, there it is... After double banana time has expired. ((Which by the way, this new update has made it that the time double banana lasts even less than it used to)) So also, you know how In The final 10 seconds of Arcade mode you NEVER see a banana?... So now the new Storm Castle dojo that summons the third banana if you get two at a time?.... Yeah in those final 10 seconds as of late, Ive been getting 2 bananas to come out only to see that every single time in those last 10 seconds... That third one DOES NOT COME OUT!!! And just makes the scratchy noise until the time runs out leaving you only with two. So its intentional that they dont allow bananas to really come out at all during that time. But just an FYI... Some of us that love this game and are actually competitive and would like to be able to beat our best scores instead of being confined to the same exact score or less every single time. I think Ive beaten my best score MAYBE twice a year. If that. Wonder what they have to lose by allowing everyone to get better scores. Mine is in the 3k range but only if I use that Golden Ember and the Wave dojo with special fruits activated. Otherwise forget it. Please fix. All the best!

Really halfbrick?I do like the new blades look but the abilities...Well you messed up the good old ,,Fruit Ninja.For me this is not Fruit Ninja anymore!

Why does half brick keep updating their old games and making them P2W

I have an iPad 2 (Rev A) and the game worked perfectly fine before the update, and now once it loads to the main menu, if I press anything it crashes.

it would be fun if we could forge blades. like combine the powers of two blades. bc all the newly obtainable blades (thanks to no starfruit) have cool powers, but their abilities dont even remotely compare to the 5th anniversary blade (which is so sick oh my god thx 4 tht), so i barely use them. if we were able to combine two blades powers that would make the game a lot more fun and interesting. like i wanna use those blades! but in the long run its not worth it ya feel! also bros i love the lil ninja videos omg. theyre so cute, and they remind me of ninjago lowkey? love the whole concept, honestly. also bringing back the apple loading screen would be great. its so pretty on a nice phone LOL

I used to love this game until they made some changes. My own personal record is 1420 but now the game isnt challenging so I am lucky to score half of that. If I cannot break my own record then there is no sense in playing it. I like the new tweaks and different games but when you make it less challenging the fun is gone

The missions are fun to accomplish. The only problem is that some are unable to be finished. Example… Zen: Land a combo after the time is up. This mission is not possible to finish. Ive waited until the timer went to zero and three fruit bounced up and were sliced for a 3 fruit combo and it still wouldnt say that I finished it. Either fix the bug or give pointers on how to finished that mission. With that as the only problem, I think youre doing a good job. Thanks.

Fruit ninja is the one app that Ive had since I first got my iPod Touch. I really like the game my only problem with the update last month is that I cant get passed Level 42. So please fix it so Fruit Ninja wont be aggravating anymore.

Hello, Halfbrick. I just want to say thank you for the awesome new power-ups you gave us in the blades we choose to use and I am glad we get to unlock lots of cool new stuff as we level up. Can you please let us compete against other real players again as you used used to a way long time ago. I remember those days (which if Im not mistaken, literally goes all the way back to like iOS 5 or 6) when I would choose online play and have fun competing against real people. I truly have been waiting a long time for that to come back and I still want those days to return. If you guys would do that, it would be awesome. Thanks a lot

Its nice to see a company stick with a game this long. Well done on the most recent update. The new blade powers each make the game feel different.
