ok, yes, on the one hand the tournament itself is rigged. SUPER rigged. about as predictably rigged as any game that features a virtual opponent and costs you a rechargeable something in exchange for playing. (the bit where a bunch of obviously separate AI moves somehow add into a combo is particularly funny.) BUT — get past the wtf-ery, spend however many apples it takes to play consecutive games and get a fairer fruit randomisation, and its kinda worth it. the new blade is wicked fun: it amps up the scoring like whoa, and it looks cool doing it. plus, the mini games genuinely add a breath of fresh (and fun!) air into the formula. the small challenges were one of my favourite things about the Puss In Boots version of this game... I actually hope they get to stick around after the tournament somehow, even without the cartload of golden apples Im sure to be accumulating this month

im stuck on level 42! it seems im on 43, but then it goes back to 42! its the second time this happens and i saw othee same complaints online... PLEASE FIX!!!!!

Great update fun tournament. It is not that hard if u have patience and btw tip for tournament always get the white bananas

The new tournaments are way too hard and unfair. Not impressed half brick. And trust me, Im not bad at the game either. Ive been playing it since the release and Im within the top 15,000 players for high scores in and I cant even beat it. The A.I had less penalties and gets much more fruit to slice. Fix this or Im done.

that festival tournament is not fair !! The opponent have less difficulty to cut their fruits ( they have like no bombs when they cut their fruits ) and they have more fruits to cut which gives them way more points!!! Luckily I finish the tournament ( that was just luck ) and got that sword and IT S SO COOL!!! so it was worth it to finish the tournament .

- You need to have a separate button to access the blades and backgrounds (preferably on the start page and when you click on your rank as it is now related to the blades and backgrounds one can access). I shouldnt have to want to start a game and then see my blades. You had this before, and it was great! - Im fine with the tournament and I have nothing against a good challenge, but please decrease the difficulty a bit. Everything else is fine, I still love the game. I wish your team much more success in the future with this great title!

I am very unimpressed with this update. It deleted all of my high scores as well as the blades that had been unlocked and paid for. Now it is like Ive never played before.

The game has turned into a dumb game playing against people that are 100x better then you now I cant even play the game cause of the lag -thanks halfbrick

Do you honestly expect players to be able to beat this dumb tournament without them having to pour in real money for those stupid golden apples? You are ridiculous halfbrick, absolutely ridiculous and this by far is the worst update i have ever seen. The tournament is complete bs and the only way to win is if you pool in real money and waste a lot of your time attempting hundreds of times just for one stupid blade that doubles your score. Anyone who spends in game money on a phoney game like this is stupid and should use their money else where so its not wasted. 1/5 * for HalfBrick being greedy money grabbers and for this game turning into a big whopping pile of crap

The last battle with rinjin is rigged the game becomes slightly unresponsive when you are trying to slice the fruit this is unfair

Its way to slow, to the point i cant even play. I really like this game and this frustrates me so much

Hitting bombs -20?? Thats ridiculous. I have beat the game but only by them dropping 3 fruits. I expected more.

The option to change blades and backgrounds is gone v

App crashes before it even opens. Great anniversary update. Gets half way to launching then crashes

-5 if you hit their fruit and yet -1 when they hit yours? Genius idea isnt it?

I havent updated my game since the ghost busters theme pack (I liked it), and now I cant even get to the title screen before it crashes. Release an update or give me back the version I liked that actually works.
